1.
What is a dip?
2.
A dip is when
you’re about to do something, a project. In the begining you’re really excited
but after a while you get stuck. When your motivation is gone you’re in the
dip.
2.
Where/what
situations might we encounter a dip in?
Often when im
doing a school project I’m excited at first because the start is easy but when
i don’t find any more information i get stuck and my motivation goes away. Then
i’m in the dip.
3.
What kind of
emotions accompany a dip, and how can we stay positive?
Some emotions
that might show while we’re in the dip is sadness and anger. To stay positiv
you have to think about that the problem won’t solve itself, so even if it feel
hopeless you have to keep trying.
1.
What should you do when
you make a mistake?
You should stop for a while to reflect over your mistake and how you can
improve. Instead of making the same mistake again, you should find another way
to make it work.
- What will happen if you
continue to repeat this process? Try using the word "neuron" in
your explanation!
If you keep stopping to reflect everytime you make a mistake your neurons will get stronger. This will make
it much easier to escape from the dip because now you know how to do it.
3.
So how do we escape the
dip?
We reflect over our mistakes to make our neurons stronger. That process
helps you to get out of the dip, especially if you keep repeating the process.
